Steve guided my husband and I during the entire mortgage process. I had a slightly complicated W2/employment history, and he helped us navigate it with ease. Even though we had a delay on my end for the paperwork, he worked late at night to make sure that everything was ready for our closing. He has also went through every single line of the numbers with us (my husband is a first time homeowner and wanted to know every little detail), and he helped us meticulously with our wire transfer. I bought my first house and now my second house with Steve, and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
