First and foremost, I'm 75 years old and I'm not up to date on all the electronic processes that occur. I did struggle on pulling information from hard copies to electronic format. Jacob and his team were very patient with me in guiding me through this process. The last time I borrowed money to purchase a houser was close to 50 years ago so all the red tape and requirements were utterly foreign to me.
