Mark's communication during the whole process was great. Generally all companies will give you the same or similar rates. Mark's level of of service and creativity to get me what I needed personally are what puts him over the top.

I thought the process was easy however i felt rushed at times signing forms that I didn't completly understand. Shannon was good at getting back to us in extra info but at times this was overwhelming. I may just be old school and prefer exclamation at the time of my signature.

Peter went above and beyond to help our family out. The loan was a heck of a process but Peter did it. HE IS THE GOAT (Greatest of All Time).

Very quick and thorough communication. I felt like everybody was really on top of anything. I never had to ask if xyz is done yet or anything like that. Everybody from Dennis to the rest of staff were very timely in response- most of the time responding in just a few minutes. Overall, just great communication and I felt that they did everything they could to get my stuff going.
