All the documents we needed to sign, we had seen several times in draft form before closing date so plenty of time for questions and made remote closing easy.

Russell and his team communicated clearly, frequently and addressed every question, fielded every call real time. Harnessing the concerns of your client in THEIR time is a level of service that is non existent.

Things I appreciated included: - The ability to communicate quickly via text or email. - The ability to upload documents via a secure portal. - The ability to negotiate and match terms from other lenders to ensure a competitive rate. - The ability to get a pre-approval financing letter on short notice.

Through out the entire process, Mike was always available to answer my questions, returning calls promptly and taking the time to explain every step along the way. He was especially helpful in finding creative solutions to help me achieve my financing goals and his support didn't stop once the paperwork was complete. He even attended my closing which showed me his dedication and committment to his clients. He also has a great team! Katy is a gem! Having an entire team that is so knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the process made this experience so much less stressful. Danny and I acutually began our orignal convo almost a year ago. We maintained contact and when I was ready to start seriously looking, he gave me the trust and confidence I was looking for in a lender (I was between 3 lenders) so I chose him and his team. Him and his team were fantastic and I will be highly recommending them.
