I felt like I was part of the decision making when I was given different scenarios to choose from at certain points. I could pick the best scenario that I felt would work best for my situation. Parker was always quick to respond to me via text, email or phone. I was impressed with Parker and his team when he was away from the office. He checked emails and let me know about the team and how they would be reaching out in order to keep things moving. It was a seamless process. When the final numbers came in to review, I felt like I could take a deep breath again because the numbers I had decided on within the process that would be workable for me, came back lower. Fairway was founded by Steve Jacobson and named by a childhood best friend, colleague and forever member of the Fairway family, Randy Cross. Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation is a mortgage lender headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin and Carrollton, Texas.
