If you need some folks by your side through this wild ride of buying a house, Art & Mike are the ones to have. This was my first time buying a home and the learning curve is STEEP! Art and Mike were available to answer questions via text at any time of the day or evening and even on weekends. They respond quick as lightning! They were literally my emotional support team through this. I can’t imagine being a first time homebuyer without them. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and there isn’t a question you will have that they can’t answer. The main thing I would say is that I feel that Chelsea wants us to get the best option that can be provided. She works to not only get us the information we need to be informed, but also the best course of action financially for our family. I appreciated the partnership between Neil and our realtor. Having them in communication throughout the process helped move everything along and took some work off of our plate.
