Typically lenders make getting a CO on a new comstruciton a fending condition and will go ahead and send out documents. documents were jot sent until a day after receiving the certificate of occupancy and we lost our appointment time to close because the title company wouldn't gold hold the appointment until we had documents .

Tyler and his team is very organized, addressed all our concerns and was thorough in processing our mortgage.

Kept us informed throughout

Gina was very responsive, helpful and had our best interests in mind throughout the whole loan application and closing process. She answered all of our questions with clear explanations and helped us feel comfortable and reassured during a hectic time in our lives.

Everything that I didn't know was explained in a well manor. When I went to the office to dorp off paperwork, I was helped with missing paperwork on the list that helped move the process faster.

Everything went smoothly. Matt was knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful. He never made me feel bad for asking questions, and I had a lot as a first time home buyer.

Mary and her were so easy to work with. Any time we had questions they were answered thoroughly and in terms that were understandable. Calls were returned promptly and we were never left in the dark. We WILL use Mary again for any of our needs and we will absolutely refer her to our friends and family!
