Jason was very prompt at answering questions. We were dealing with an Oregon Bond program and it was something new for him as well. We crossed the finish line, but I felt like we were both misled on the requirements of this program and that caused delays. It almost was anticlimactic when we finally did close because we had sat waiting quite q few times that we were told it would close by. Not anyone's fault really, but if Jason deals with this program again he'll know better what is required and it will flow easier.
