Everyone was extremely easy to work with, but Dan really stood out from the beginning. When I first called, I had already received pre-approval letters from four other banks. Instead of just trying to sell me on another option, Dan took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and point out things I needed to be paying attention to. What impressed me most was that he even offered to review the documents and loan options from the other banks and help me figure out which one was actually the best fit for me, even if that meant I didn’t end up going with him. That told me right away he was more interested in helping me make the right decision than simply earning my business. Toward the end of the process, Dan unfortunately lost his father while there were still several moving pieces with my loan. Even with everything he was dealing with personally, he stayed in contact, kept things moving, and there were no delays. That level of honesty, professionalism, and commitment is exactly why I chose to work with him. I’m very thankful for everything Dan did throughout the process, and my condolences go out to him and his family for their loss. Great communication and super easy process!

Every step was easy to follow and we found the zoom meeting very helpful. We felt everything was transparent and Fairway was the only lender that found a way to help us finance our new home.

She was very supportive, knowledgeable, available immediately, and so nice to talk to. She gave me so much information that helped me a great deal in all this process. She made it feel easy to handle and whenever I didn't understand a concept or needed more clarification, she never hesitated to give me a call to explain. Even on the weekends! She is fantastic and such a humbl soul.
