Kelly kept us in the loop through the entire process and was very easily accessible if we had any questions. While maintaining a knowledgeable professionalism , Kelly continued to share with us a kind and approachable avenue to her and her colleagues. As my first personal experience of such magnitude such as buying my first home, I am grateful that Kelly was there to help support and navigate my husband and I both.

Pete and his team made the home-buying process smooth and simple for us as first-time buyers. They were patient with us, answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything and all of our options. We never felt pressured or rushed, and we felt Pete truly cared about our success with the purchase of our home. We would absolutely use Fairway and work with Pete again in the future.

What made the experience great is simple: Jamie! She is amazing. She walked us through all the paperwor, provided endless support and advice, guided us through the entire process from start to closing. She was available day and night, including the weekends. Making an out-of-state move is stressful. Knowing Jamie and her team were on top of our loan, significantly reduced the stress levels. When it comes to refi, we know exactly who we're calling - Jamie! We could not be more pleased with her level of service.

Raygen was exceptionally helpful through the entire process. She explained things very well, was very polite and respectful, and also very responsive. She even called me while she was on vacation to help make sure everything was going smoothly and was able to do a few things that I needed for closing while she was as on vacation so I was very thankful for that.

The process felt long and drawn out. After we closed we didnt hear anything from the construction team until our builder reached out. Should be smoother because we are on a strict timeline to complete.
