the whole process took less than a month.Some banks take up to 45 days if not more.very knowledgeabl, every question I asked she always had the answer for .she works everyday of the week to get the job done even if it means and working long days ( if she tells you you will get something to sign tonight and you checked around 7pm and it's not there that dosen't mean she forgot it means she still working on it and when you wail up you will see that it was sent at 10:30pm .just like she said you'll get it tonight.she will work with what you need and will get you the result you expect.i called somone else before I got introduced to Silvia she picked and she told me I have a conference tomorrow and she didn't call me till the next day .Silvia picked up right away and the process started as soon as we hanged up the phone.you want somone that's reliable give her a call you won't be disappointed.thank you
