I recently did a refi on my home. Roz from Fairway listened to why my needs had changed and immediately validated my thoughts. I was her first reverse mortgage changing to reg. Loan! It was right for me, it's taken a load of worry off of me. And to have Roz make it go quickly and smoothly, always there asking for info or giving me info. Very smooth process. Not the stressed out feeling from financing several years ago. Rated a 10 out of 10.

Gary goes above and beyond to make sure we are in the now and keeps us updated often, just enough time between updates and always surprising me at the right time with GOOD NEWS! My experience was great because if of the constant communication. Everything was explained to me i great detail and if anything was needed the app immediately notified me of the urgency. Terri made this experience phenomenal. I would definately definitely use her and her team again In the future.

Our pre approval was very easy, even tho we had some questionable issues we thought would stop us. We have been told an answer to every question we had. We have been kept informed of every change or document needed to be signed. We were never forgotten about after signing. Thank you to the whole team, you have made something that can be stressful into an enjoyable learning experience.
