The experience suffered by mean and Mark was miserable because of the builder NOT Mark. Im not sure theres enough space here to sing Mark's praises. He went way above and beyond what I would have expected climaxing with his having to travel to Southlake and wait over two hours with me at a STarbucks to finally close because the Title Company was ill prepared. I WILL use MArk again and refer him to ANYBODY I know who is in the market for financing Realty.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jaime Winchell. I first reached out to her about 3 years ago regarding what lending would look like if I bought a home when I was single and entering the home buying market. From the moment we met she was professional, extremely knowledgeable, prompt, patient, and kind. Over the past three years I have consistently asked her questions as my life has grown, I've gotten married, opened a business, and we've contiued continued to look for homes. every single question was always quickly answered. She ran various numbers and looked into different options more times than I can count. words cant describe the amount of effort she made and patience she had with me during the changing landscape of my life and financial situation over the past years. I appreciated his encouragement and support, since it took 3 attepmts to get the right home for us! Using the online portal to upload documents was a smooth experience. Same can be said for signing documents on line. Talk about seamless!! I can't imagine how much more time and effort would have been involved without the ability to get things siged and uploaded so quickly and easily!! In fact, at closing, the title officer told me that Adam saved me about an hour at the title office by having so many of the closing documents signed on line and ready for closing in advance. THANK YOU Adam for taking a stressful process and making it as seamless as possible!!
