During this process I had a lot of unfortunate events to occur, & some days it was difficult to be present & engaged. Sus made it easy for us!

David is responsive and very knowlegeable. His guidance was essential to securing the loan. However, I was a bit put off by the reams of paprwork that were required. While I realize that this is not the fault of any individual, this is the reason for my OK. David did go above and beyond to assist me, even duelling with a recalcitrant TDA system. The OK is for the system not the individual, whom I rate as top notch.

She was very committed to being on time with information and also clear in communication of what was needed from me and what she was doing for me.

Adam was great he helped me in so many ways to get my credit to where I needed it at. None of that scam and promises to get you to fall for he was straightforward with everything did a lot more than I could thank him for when we saw no possibility of ever being homeowners he never gave up.
