Buying a house has always been talked about like it’s one of the worst and most stressful experiences a person can deal with. In my case, I don’t think I felt even a fraction of what others talk about. Working with Mike was super straightforward. He was very transparent and honest throughout the entire process and he did everything he could for my wife and I. He worked directly with our builder and got us a well-below-market rate on our new home. Communication was excellent, he was always available whenever I needed to talk or had any questions and his team was on top of everything from day one.

Nathan was extremely responsive to all of my questions. He was positive and energetic and got things done. My only concern was the last minute increase in rate by one full percentage point after continuously quoting me a lower rate.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our mortgage lender and everything she did for us throughout this process. From answering what felt like a million questions (some probably more ridiculous than others!) to helping us navigate a very unusual and sometimes stressful situation with the seller, she was there for us every single step of the way. She was patient, responsive, reassuring, and always willing to explain what was happening and what came next. There were definitely moments during this process when we felt overwhelmed or unsure, and having someone we trusted on our side made such a huge difference. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience was made so much easier because of the time, effort, and care she put into helping us get to the finish line. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did to help us get into our new home. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a home. I think that my stress through the home buying process was kept in check by Becky as it was a very long home search but Becky helped keep me optimistic and focused on the things i wanted in a house rather than seeing the negatives.

Lori's attention to detail and communication were amazing. The ease at which we worked through all the different paperwork from my VA loan was the best I have ever experienced.

Jake informed me of the Home Equity Optimizer and it is the perfect product for me. I'm so glad he turned me onto it. I was a bit disappointed by the communication as some of the system generated emails were confusing, and some documents that were already provided were requested. Also, the approval from underwriting was one day before my close date, leading to complications with my wired transfer and ultimately pushing back my close date.
