Jennifer and her team were super responsive and accomodating. She is extremely well informed and works to get the best deal for you. I would recommend her without hesitation.

The clear communication and always knowing what the next steps were made such a difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Brandi was incredibly attentive and made the entire loan process completely seamless. Was simple and easy no hassle involved

I did not have personal contact with Erin because my wife was handling everything, but we were very impressed as first timers with how professional and respected we were treated as well as how prompt Erin was with responses and overall just getting it done for us!

The process was quick and overall pretty simple.

Communication was good and we closed earlier than told

We had alot of technical problems with your website and app, so much that some documents had to be sent to us separately or we submitted same docs 3 times on app. That needs to change. In the end we couldn't even use the app, which has much promise when it works.
