The way they worked with my realtor TJ the way they covered every detail every step of the way things that they were so professional about And and New and understood. They did not hesitate to answer one question they took my email my call my text without hesitation. The one day I came in so stressed and distraught and they were just like OK. This is this. This is that this is how this works. They answered every question I was so stressed that I had forgotten my granddaughter's birthday and I busted out in tears and yet they gave I'm gonna start crying now as I text this out anyways they gave me two $25 gift cards for my granddaughter for Starbucks and Target which are two of her favorite stores which made her birthday because I had forgotten. They gave me my eyeglass cleaner and a stress ball. I feel very, very blessed that my realtor TJ was given a thermos a mug from this company and that's how he knew to call them and a lot of times you think that those little things that companies hand out just kinda go unnoticed, but this impact did not only my realtor's life, but it impacted my life, and I can't begin to express how thankful I am.

Kim and her team are absolutely amazing. In the kindest way, Kim, Jenn, and Mary carried my husband and I through the end of this refi process. Once we understood the big picture, they made sure we knew what the next steps were, so we could focus on one step at a time during a very busy time in both our lives. Knowing how busy everything was getting, Kim even shifted to texting updates which worked so much better since emails were sometimes overwhelming. We first contacted them at the end of January and closed on our house in late November and there was never a point in the whole process that they weren't in communication with us and willing to answer any questions we had. We have worked with several other mortgage companies in the past and this was far and away the best experience we've had.

We appreciate all the help Phil Nigro gave us..He was able to inform us on what we needed to do or change to receive great credit score, He was able to move are close date up a week, which helped us immensely!!! The only disappointment was one rebate,we thought we were receiving .. unfortunately the offer ended without our knowledge.... Phil was fantastic at answering our questions ( which there were many), He was on top of quickly returning phone calls and keeping us moving with the daily tasks ! On a side note we also appreciated how personable he was with us !!
