I could tell from the start that Patience and Nicole would have my back the whole way through, Patience did a excellent job explaining things that I've never had a thought about. She also took the time out of her day to make a binder with everything I needed to remember, which she gave to me at closing . Both of them would get back to me in minutes when I had a question, and I never had a doubt in thier abilites any step of the way :)
