Also what stood out to us when getting reaching out to different lenders is that you sat down with us and explained things like what escrow is, closing costs, etc. no one else did that so that was so helpful and really made us want to go with you vs someone else.

I had a great experience through this home purchasing process because Jennifer Jones and Breana Henry were so easy to communicate with, and were so willing to figure out how to make our loan application approved no matter how much extra work it took! We had to completely change loan types towards the end, which meant starting all the way over and not once did Mrs. Jennifer complain! She was happy to help us and had a wonderful attitude through the whole process. When I was stressing out, she remained calm and helped me stay grounded knowing that she was walking with me through every step! I absolutely love the team that serviced me!
