Clear communication, readily available to answer questions, explained everything in an understandable way and made the time to answer every question that came up. They went above and beyond to provide all the details, figures, and information that I needed, didn't know I needed, and asked for.

Aaron was very helpful in finding the best loan program to fit both my needs and my financial position. He was extremely informative on what I needed to know and did not mind going over things a couple of times to make sure that I fully understood and felt comfortable with the process and the loan program he suggested. Communication was stellar, not only with him but with his whole team. I never once felt that I asked a bad question or felt I should have looked something up on the internet instead of asking Aaron or his team. There were times I got busy with work and lost track of items that were due—Aaron would help bring them back into focus, not letting anything slip, even when I was the one dropping the ball. There was a hurdle that almost stopped the whole process of purchasing the home; Aaron went above and beyond, working late evenings and early mornings, to make sure we did not lose the house. To top off the experience, it did not feel like a business transaction. Aaron takes a very personal interest in helping get my family into a home. He was extremely excited for us, and when obstacles presented themselves, he worked very diligently to find solutions. He never once had any sort of negative demeanor or attitude—always positive and upbeat—and I am pretty sure he was just as excited as we were at closing! I am extremely blessed to have had Aaron and his team helping. I could not have asked for a better experience or a more knowledgeable team to have had the pleasure to work with.

Morgan was very thorough and caught things that weren't correct from the title company we had to use! I also was a little shocked to see what our mortgage payment was going to be and Morgan walked me off the ledge explaining things to me in a way that made me feel that we could do this and things would work out just fine with some minor adjustments. She always answered my questions patiently even though they may had been annoying lol. And I thought it was cool that she came to support us with that shady title company for our closing to make sure we were protected! Overall a great experience and a wonderful person!

The entire experience went very fast and very smooth. When any docs were needed Bill always made sure to let us know quickly to keep the process moving. We went offer to closing in 21 days! Any time I had questions, which there were a lot! Bill always answered them no matter how insignificant they might be.

Justin was able to put together a non conventional loan package in a very reasonable amount of time. I met Justin months ago and he kept in touch while we searched for property but never felt pushy. He was encouraging and helpful but patient. These are not usual salesman traits and are the reason I stuck with him.
