Super easy process very informative

Communication in the last week was severely lacking Phone calls were not answered nor returned Text messages were not replied to . Claimed it was a disconnect with staffing in the loan processing department during the Juneteenth holiday and financial commitment was due on the Tuesday after the holiday To me, that is unacceptable especially being a first time homebuyer my realtor also attempted to find out updates and her phone calls were also sent to voicemail and not answered Fairway Mortgage dropped the ball and essentially ghosted me as a first time home buyer Yes, they completed the job and I was able to close on time Fairway also was diligent on checking credit and working to raise my preapproval which was awesome Fairway was able to pivot and change my preapproval from FHA to conventional super fast which was amazing as well Just wish the communication would have actually happened and been completely honest with me as the client dueing the week prior to closing

Loved the quick responses and all my questions would always be answered. If I was ever curious about an estimate for monthly payments on a propery Alex always made sure to provide and answer.

We felt as though we weren't given the updated rates, we never received anything but a 6.49% until the day we locked in at 6.75%. It felt disingenuous, even if that wasn't the intent. We would have appreciated more communication from Lucas himself on updates.

The experience suffered by mean and Mark was miserable because of the builder NOT Mark. Im not sure theres enough space here to sing Mark's praises. He went way above and beyond what I would have expected climaxing with his having to travel to Southlake and wait over two hours with me at a STarbucks to finally close because the Title Company was ill prepared. I WILL use MArk again and refer him to ANYBODY I know who is in the market for financing Realty.
