What made the overall experience just "OK" was just getting through and meeting all the governmental and financial institutional requirements. The reason why I said "OK" was not a fault of Fairway. It was the compressed time frame, approximately four (4) weeks, that made the process difficult. However, I am convinced that Fairway's attention to detail and experience got us through this process successfully in such a compressed time frame. Without Fairway's help I don't think we could have made it through the entire process in time to meet the required closing date. Fairway's KLynnTeam has the entire funding and closing process down to a science. Kimberly Lynn personally stayed on top of the entire process, at each step along the way, until we completed the entire funding and closing process. I whole heartedly recommend Kimberly and her KLynnTeam to get you through the funding and closing process successfully.

Very responsive with information needs/requests, but there was a mad rush to get documents signed in advance of the mortgage closing date which was unexpected.

David and his team were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. There was just way too much back and forth and e-signing of docs which may be how loans are done today or adding the bridge loan made it more complicated.

JP went out of his way to review all options and to run numbers in real time when things changed. He has a great customer focus mindset and had no hesitation in reaching out and discussing options.

Easy process

We entered this process with lack of knowledge and hesitation as first time homebuyers after hearing stories from fellow friends about their lomg, stressful homebuying experiences. Jeremy and his team made our process unbelievably easy, smooth and fast. They responded to each and every question and concern quickly, open and knowledgeablely , while never leaving us feeling less than or doubting. They accommodated all communication methods at all times, any day..text, call, email, app.. on top of that, we had an every "Tuesday Update" call to keep us informed with everything going on during our loan process till the very end which helped keep nerves calm, especially during unwriting. Jeremy even took the time out of his day to personally come to our closing at our title agency even though we did an Eclosing on the lenders side, so it meant alot and again, calmed nerves during the final signatures. Ultimately Jeremy and his team went above and beyond of what we ever expected. There is no doubt we will be going back for his services in the future and will forever recommend his team.

While we didn't end up qualifying for the Time To Own program like we initially planned, the team worked hard to adjust the numbers and they communicated effectively throughout the process. Jim was always available and I found it easy to talk through my questions with him.
