Mark wasn't just a loan officer, Mark truly cared about me and my wife's homebuying experience. Mark made sure every step of the way that I had clarity of what was going on, and spent a lot of time during the week to that known. Mark was always available over text, call, or email. Whenever there was any bumo in the road, he would always call to immediately explain what was going on. Mark celebrated wins with us, seemed genuinely disappointed when things went wrong, and was completely invested in our journey the whole time.
