. This has just been a frustrating experience due to my limited knowledge of technology. Jimmy and his team were extremely patient with my many questions and concerns. I do not use a computer, everything was done on my phone slowly.

This was a very difficult loan, so I expected the process to be equally awful. David made it great. I honestly didn't feel stressed about the final outcome because of his communication, willingness to search for options, and just overall pleasantness to work with.
