This was such a simple and stress free process. Doing much of it electronically made it so easy, and really Raygen did everything behind the scenes and kept us updated each step of the way, then we showed up to close. It was a GREAT experience.

Was super reassuring and made sure we were able to qualify without complications. Was able to communicate with me very late into the night and able to preapprove us within a few days and close us in 3 weeks.

The whole team was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole experience. It made it a lot easier for me. I really liked having the multiple breakdowns in the beginning based on loan types and purchase prices. It helped me understand it better.

Sheri and her team were professional, responsive, supportive, and so helpful in guiding me through my mortgage process. I'm going through a transition in my personal finances, and Sheri's depth of experience and knowledge meant that she was able to offer some ideas and insights that informed my approach to navigating things. There was a small hiccup at the end of the escrow (my fault, not theirs!), right before closing, and Sheri and her team were reassuring and flexible, stepping in to keep things on track. And then, when things worked out and it looked like we'd be able to close sooner than we thought (we were preparing for a few days delay because of my hiccup), they were able to turn around loan documents incredibly quickly, so that we could sign with a notary that very afternoon, and then get the sell of the house recorded and keys in hand that very next day. I've never felt so confident in, and supported by my choice of a mortgage professional (this was my third home-buying experience, and my first time working with Sheri Arnold on one), and I would highly recommend Sheri Arnold to anyone.
