I called another recommended lender before being referred to Erik. They prejudged based on my needs and circumstances without even making an effort. I told Erik the same thing and he didn't hesitate to put the wffort effort in to seeing if he could help. Once he did he continued to walk me through the entire process, even taking time when with his family to make sure I knew what to do. I was referred to Tyrell from our realtor when we began our process of purchasing our home in Central Oregon. We spent some time to find the right home that checked all our boxes of need and Tyrell went to work gathering all the necessary information to obtain our goal of price financing and location that impacts other expenses. She did the leg work to insure we met our goals and when the right home was available we closed in 30 days. The process was seem less and smooth from all the steps insuring a not stressful experience. She listened and was consistent in supporting our goals and working with us to achieve our financial budget. I believe purchasing a home can be a very difficult process and expectations can get in the way of a smooth transition.
