Everything from beginning to end

Brooklynn was absolutely great, kind, knowledgable, helpful, professional and emapthic. When it came to the process, however, it was extremely stressful when my loan was denied at the last minute right before closing and I had to provide all the additional financial details that seemed unnecessary, given my great credit rating, proof of reliable pension, the fact that the underwriters even spoke with personnel at my state pension company to verify my pension on top of the written documentation and supplement income provided, and just my overall reliable earning and financial management history. I have owned 5 or 6 homes in my lifetume, each purchased with mortgages, and I've never experienced anything quite like this before. Because the underwriters would not accept my supplemental income, I was forced to buy down the interest rate more than I was already buying it down, if I wanted to continue purchasing the home, using funds I had planned for something else. I do not believe, given my financial details, this was a fair lending practice in the end. So again, Brooklynn was a stellar professional, and I thank her for that, especially given the circumstances above. Thank you for allowing me to provide feedback on the process.

Russell and the rest of the team were all professional. They were prompt to respond, gave me regular updates, and always had an answer for my questions. The loan process was easy and quick, so much so that my closing was advanced a week early.

Royce was great to work with, he was very thorough and explained everything in full details in a way I could understand. If any there were questions for myself or additional paperwork needed to be provided he would call, text, or email immediately and once it was completed he would always check back in to make sure I didn't have any questions. While my closing date was approaching, Royce did have a trip planned but it stopped nothing! During that time Royce had his assistant Candiss take over and she was on top of everything until the last day. I truly appreciate everything that they did for me!
