Haven stayed in contact with me throughout the process and was available anytime I had questions. He broke things down for me when that was helpful. Haven also kept things lighthearted and made connections with me - father to father.

They also worked to help locate a conparable but more affordable home insurance policy than the one I had been quoted, which was extremely helpful in keeping closing costs down.

This was quite literally the easiest purchase of a home I've ever encountered. This is my 6th house purchase!

About one week prior to the closing of our home, I spoke with Tara Ryan about changing to Fairway as our new lender. From step one, she was extremely professional, understanding, and responsive. Immediately, the gears started rolling so that we could receive her confirmed approval to get a loan by the next day. She and her team was a lifesaver. Tara and Gretchen were very responsive 24/7. We had many immediate questions and tasks along the way, considering the tight deadline, and yet they were helpful at each turn. It should have been a very stressful process, and yet they gave the continual reassurances and guidance that I needed to make the entire process not very stressful. They were so kind, polite, and sympathetic, that I did not ever think that I was a bother or a nuisance to them. With other people in this process, that is how I would feel. I never had to send an email with the precursor--"Sorry to bother you" or "I know that you're busy." They act as if I am their only customer, even though I know that they have many, many others whom they assist with the same care and attention. Underwriters seemed very picky And we had to revise and resubmit multiple items for what seemed like minor changes. given the amount of the loan and our financial position it really seemed like overkill.
