Steve was very responsive. The problem is the process. I believe a detailed checklist of the items that will be asked for with a 'clear' description of why AND when it is needed would be helpful. Get rid of your app, this process is very uncomfortable and having a person who is helping to walk through it would be better. Might be worthwhile for Steve to have people (like me) be able to sit down and fill out everything at once. The piecemeal process was frustrating.,

Nathan was extremely responsive to all of my questions. He was positive and energetic and got things done. My only concern was the last minute increase in rate by one full percentage point after continuously quoting me a lower rate.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our mortgage lender and everything she did for us throughout this process. From answering what felt like a million questions (some probably more ridiculous than others!) to helping us navigate a very unusual and sometimes stressful situation with the seller, she was there for us every single step of the way. She was patient, responsive, reassuring, and always willing to explain what was happening and what came next.
