Karen was a DREAM to work with! I am a young professional single woman who went on QUITE the journey for buying my first home. I must have been lighting up Karen's inbox at least once a week, asking questions, clarifying, punching numbers, and more. Through it all, Karen was incredibly thoughtful, kind, patient, and knowledgable. There was no silly question she didn't answer with her full attention. When it comes to communication, Karen continues to excel. She promptly replied to emails, phone calls, texts, and even came to my closing, where I continued to ask questions as we went through the documents! I am confident that I could call her at any reasonable hour and recieve a quick follow-up if she missed me the first time. If I contacted her outside of business hours, sometimes she responded even then! When it comes to knowledge, she's continuing to outdo herself. She helped me figure out what type of loan was best suited for me and my situation and at no point did I feel pressured to make a move before I was ready to. Selfishly, as a woman, I like to support other women. It was wonderful working with what I affectionately refered to as my "team of anxious women" (who, honestly, probably weren't anxious, that was me projecting as a worry wart!) who kept me wise, held my hand when it needed some holding, and helped me make the best decision for me and the future I want. I am so glad I worked with Karen and had her on my "team of anxious women."
