The whole team made everything relatively easy. I really appreciated a few specific things. First, a few times I uploaded semi-random documents, and the team very quickly let me know if these were correct, and if not, what would be. I expected this financing to be harder. This is the first time we've financed a home while I was self employed. I expected a ton of questions etc. However, Dawn and team seemed to know how to handle self employment. The process was quite simple. We got a personal heads up any time something was sent for us to review as well as the app notification. So we never missed anything. The process moved quickly. Since we did a refi, we even got our need for an appraisal waived. The whole process took about 30 days even with our long vacation in the middle of it.
