Mike is incredible. This time last year, we had a lender string us along for 4 months. We assumed it was how things went because we've never bought a house before. We were referred to Mike by my pastor who is a real estate broker. In 30 minutes, he told us to hold off for a year to get more work history to qualify for more. A little less than a year later, we came back to Mike and we got approved for a home loan, found a home, and closed on it in a 45 day period. Everything was seamless. He explained everything thoroughly so my wife and I understood what was happening every step of the way. I will only go through Mike until he retires. Thank you for everything!

Ability to be available and answer questions

I can't express our appreciation enough for how much Lacy stepped in and saved our entire situation with not only her expertise but some serious hard work, dedication, and extra hours. We found ourselves in a very unfortunate circumstances that had grown beyond our control and Lacy found an alternative, worked late hours, and turned our situation around in remarkable time. She should be given whatever accommodation your organization gives to those who go above and beyond because that is exactly what she did. She could have very easily told us that it was our problem to resolve but she instead showed unflappable poise in a very stressful situation for our family and for our future home. I cannot be grateful enough for her hard work and dedication to our loan and making it all possible in the end. In a world that is saturated with options for lending companies, I am sure that we were at the best place we could have been in that moment because of her. We didn't choose Rome Team because we knew anything about them but now, I would only recommend Rome Team due to Lacy and her extreme dedication to our family's situation. She was not only successful during the difficult exchange, but she was also extremely pleasant to work with, amazing with communication, and extremely personable while always remaining professional.
