Paula was quick to create our loan when the first lender we contacted said it could not be done! She was ALWAYS available by phone to answer our questions and to explain the processes. I really appreciated her talking me through all my loan options so I could make an informed decision. She also helped me navigate applying for OHFA despite a conflicting closing timeline and it luckily worked out, but thanks to her advising me on communicating with the seller to negotiate the closing deadline. As a first-time homebuyer , and doing it alone as a woman, I felt more confident with Amey's insight and assistance through the whole process.
