Where do I begin? Katherine exceeded my expectations in ways I could never have imagined. I made the call to her with much hesitation, as the prospect of me purchasing a home was against all odds - next to none. Literally. When I called Katherine, I had just lost my husband, and I was faced with a financial tragedy. It took months, but she never, ever gave up on me. I knew I was sent an Angel, a magnificent human being, when I made a comment, and she responded: I said to her, "I feel like I'm swimming alone in this ocean and trying to stay above water." Her response: "Well, you're not alone anymore, and we are going to swim together through this." If plan A did not work, she had plan B, and so on. Her patience & her knowledge were impressive and admirable. I will never forget the compassion she demonstrated towards me and the valuable time she gave me, never rushing me off the phone when I first called, knowing the slim chance I could get lending. She was always 10 steps ahead and always educating me as I was a first time buyer. My experience with Kathere will be one I will never forget - she was there at this picitol point in my next new chapter in my life... I would like to add what the my agent and the seller's agent had to say about Katherine: the seller's agentt has done realty for 42years and my agent for 10 years. They both said they have never worked with any lender that is steps ahead of them and sending them what they needed without the agents needing to request information and to always stay after the lender. Cole is very informative, transparent, and communicative, making a process that can feel very overwhelming much easier. I also am appreciative that he is available on nights and weekends for those of us who do not work a standard schedule of 9-5. He goes above and beyond to set up informative meetings and power points so I wasn’t left with questions.

I am not one to usually do things electronically, I rather do them in person. Jackie and Fairway made all communications and electronic filings easy. Jackie was always available for any questions my wife and I had along the way.
