Jason always answered the call when we reached out to him and was very responsive during the making offer timeline. He helped several times when we needed approval letters during the offer stages. without his quick response we may notnhave secure d the home we currently purchased if it wanst for his quick respons.

Kathleen was extemely responsive and gave us amazing guidence through the whole process. She was informative and spent time on calls walking us through each step and answering all of our questions. She referred us to our home insurance provider, provided us with a fantastic attorney, turned around a closing date that was speedy and easy, and generally was prompt at providing pre approvals as needed for multiple homes. She also personally called the seller agent for our new home which we believe was a cruitial part of our offer being accepted. She was overall so pleasant and professional and made us feel the utmost comfort in who we were trusting our mortage with. We could not thank her enough!

Brad was easy to work with and had no problems communicating with him. However some staff members were slow to answer the phone, or return calls when we left voicemail.
