Prompt communication, although Malcolm talks fast he takes the time to thoroughly explain and simply to ensure I understood. Everyone on his team (especially Lindsay cause when I pannicked i probably got on her last nerve, but she was patient) once the offer was accepted all were also responsive and helpful. A well oiled machine and made me feel like I was not alone during any of the unexpected turns. The transparency with them working with my realtor & title company made everything smooth and all parties remained in step - but it started with Malcolm and his team.
