Extremely helpful and communicative

Excellent communication from Tyler. Very prompt and informed responses. Acknowledged when he did not have an immediate answer and needed to find it for us, which is a huge plus. It is far preferred to have a loan officer state they do not immediately know something and need to find it, than to have someone that will just tell us something they don't actually know the answer to.
