Once the loan application process began, it triggered a very intrusive and chaotic level of phone call solicitations from competing lendors which lasted through the entire loan process phase and up until closing of the loan. This is unacceptable as it disrupted my job, personal life, and even while driving. Something needs to be done either organizationally or legally to prevent these practices. Otherwise, Nate was awesome as usual!

Dana answered all the questions even when she didn't have the answer she would follow up immediately she made mfeel confident in the homebuying process. As being a first time homebuyer is not the easiest thing to do with all of the new terms and understanding Dana made the process so much easier to understand. Dana was never pushy or she never rushed anything in the process. She allowed myself and my wife to understand the documents that we were signing and if we had a question, I felt like she dropped everything to answer those questions when our closing kept getting pushed off Dana was understandable, and she immediately got things done to make our closing possible in the timeframe when things were getting on the nervous end. Thank you, Dana for everything you have done and getting my wife myself and our kids in this beautiful home.

Quick process and good communication

Nate was very patient and always had time for our many questions. If he wasn't sure we appreciated that he didn't give an answer right away and instead researched and gave us everything we needed, instead of guessing. We've worked with other loan officers in the past but none me explained the process like he did.
