As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were in for when we fell in love with a fixer upper built in 1900. Originally, we planned to use another lender, but due to the extent of repairs required, they were unable to move forward with us (honestly a blessing in disguise!) We were recommended Neuner Lending and are eternally grateful for the team and their expertise! The sellers turned the last few months into a logistical nightmare, but Heather continuously fought for us. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of! There were difficulties basically every step of the way, but Heather and her team handled each issue with grace. They were professional, but also incredibly kind and caring. We never felt unsure of our status or our place in the process, which was so valuable and kept our stress to a minimum. I truly believe we would not have been able to purchase this house without Heather and her team. We are SO grateful for everything they did for us and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!!

Bailey is a rock star. His professionalism and work ethic are 2nd to none, and it's so easy to see how genuine he is and how much he cares about his profession, and most importantly, his clients. My only advice would he probably needs to sleep more often, because he always seems to be working!
