Great customer service

Before I used Dana we tried to go through another lending company. In order to get approved the process was much longer and difficult.

Jen was available almost 24/7. I had a question and she'd respond. If it took a little longer of a reply she was just gathering the correct info to go over it. We nearly went line by line for some of the documents that I had no idea what they were about. She broke it down and made it easy for me to follow along. If I didn't get it at first, she's patiently walk through it with me again. My wife and I have a baby on the way, but Jen and her team made it really easy for us to purchase our first home. I was complaining to my wife about how we're the little guys, and lenders/agents don't care to prioritize us little guys because the commission isn't as big. That's when she got your name and called you. From the start, you were informative, engaged, and on top of it every step of the way. You were even communicating with us while on your anniversary trip and then again on a Saturday while you were at brunch with a friend. You didn't have to do that and we wouldn't have expected you to, but it really highlighted that you saw our business as important. It's important to us, and the fact that you made it important to you was my favorite part of working with you. The icing on the cake was that you're also super nice, have a great sense of humor, and are encouraging without ever being unrealistic. Being introduced to you was a huge turning point in the entire home-buying experience. I was literally almost at a point of throwing in the towel for another year because I thought there was no way it could happen. I'm still wrapping my head around the fact that we actually did it!!! Great People fast service

Mike assisted in the purchase of our first home over the last few months. We were under contract in December but did not close until February, Mike remained communicative and informative throughout that entire timeline. This being our first purchase we had no idea what to expect, having met with Mike before we even made an offer we were educated as to what to expect in the process and what Mike and his team offered us. We felt far more confident from that initial meeting and knew we had the right team behind us. Throughout the process Mike kept us up to date regarding interest rate movements and helped us secure a very good rate. He answered our very specific questions, was incredibly timely in his responses back to us, and calmed any nerves we may have had. To be totally honest everything made it great... Tammy was extremely helpful and made things as easy as they could be... which was good because I needed all the help I could get... very helpful and always had a solution for any problem that I had and even had solutions to help me fix them... overall Tammy was a pleasure to work with and I'm glad she was my real estate agent... 10/10 would definitely work with again in the future and will recommend her services to anyone who needs them

Jim's ability to explain things in a straight forward manner and without the need for a sales pitch. I just need a loan and what are my options that make sense? Jim very much kept the process flowing and I was very thankful to have him involved in the process for that reason. House buying is a complicated process and in the mortgage lending area, things went about as smooth as they possibly could have.

The attention to detail and the attention you get from him. Also, the turnaround time when you ask a question is less than 24 hours.

He always kept me up to date on everything and projected the next steps and deadlines of paperwork, closing fees, and closing times. Worked well with my Realator, and informed her of all information which was pertinent to the task of helping me purchase a new home.

The communication and service was exceptional

As an already existing customer, I did not appreciate having to haggle and negotiate to get the best rate. It was frustrating to have to fight for Fairway to retain my business.
