The communication felt personal, and was great. I liked the email AND texts to help keep me on track while I navigated my busy life. I felt like I received good information, and my questions about the process were answered quickly. I also like that I didn't feel like a burden or ignoran tfor asking questions. I felt important, almost like I was one of the only people being worked with (which I know is untrue) and that felt really great. In the end I felt taken care of, and that seems rare these days. I have bought other homes in the past so this is not my first experience and am familiar with the process. I know there is alot that goes into this but I do feel like this was the most tedious of any of my home buying experiences. Instead of giving me a list of what was needed it was constantly more and more requests. I do not sit at a desk all day and am gloved seeing patients. I explained this several times. I wanted honestly the least interaction as possible as I need to focus on my clients. My biggest dissappointment was last minute having the rate switched on me. Besides that I was told I was already approved from the previous year and to start looking at houses then when I found one was told otherwise. I also do not appreciate my personal cell being given out to multiple people. Dan does seem like a nice guy and I wish things had gone differently but I am so dissapointed in this experience and sadly would not recommend this company. The fact that my divorce decree changed my interest rate but my numbers still came in strong doesnt make sense. Look at the numbers. I feel like this was just an excuse to change my rate.
