Great customer service

Brent is on top of things and super responsive. He does an amazing job of keeping us updated and informed throughout the entire process. It is a personalized experience and you don't have to go through an automated phone tree or enter your account information before you can speak to someon. He knows who you are if you need to pick up the phone and call, and I appreciate that "old school" type of service in this ever growing AI world.

Here is the review I wrote for Matt on Google. It could not have said it better!! - Trying to purchase a home that is roughly 3100 miles from your current residence can pose some VERY challenging situations. This was further complicated by the fact that I work as a Flight Attendant and am on the road almost 90% of the time. As I began entering into this type of purchase my stress level was high and climbing. All that being said, Matt and his team of professionals at Fairway made the entire process seem as if I lived in town and was making a simple transaction. Matt worked tirelessly keeping me informed during the entire process and we spoke on the phone continuously, He answered all my questions and made this financing process as smooth as silk. Made less than $70,000 a year. Yet, in less than a year (December 2025), I am in my new home and no longer homeless. Dan was helpful, respectful, and professional.

Andrew was extremely responsive and knowledgable. he taught thoroughly all of the ins and outs to help paint an exact picture of what my cost would be and the options we have available to us.

It was very good, not great David and Dana are very nice and knowledgable and very responsive to our questions, but there was a lot of information that needed to be provided -- it was relentless! -- and it seemed like we were done, and then there was more! It would have been good if you gave us a heads up about all the exttra information that we needed to provide (e.g. the mortgagee clause in the homeowners insurance statement was not sufficient). And, occasionally we would find errors in the information provided, and it took a while to figure out the buydown subsidy and correct the amortization schedule. But, we persisted and came through for us.

Linda and her team were phenomenal throughout our first home buying journey! They had clear communication, and answered all our questions as soon as possible. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!
