Prompt and personlalized service.

First thing is buying a house using the app is rediculaous. The constant alerts in the app suck, then when you go to the app it says there is nothiung to sign, untill you find out some things are on a second loan that you have to drill down to find the alets. I have no connection to anyone in the office. I sent the same documents multiple times, and all this uncertainty of will this help or hurt getting our home purchswe finaced. Having to do approvals of documents on two loans in the app that can't see each other is crazy. the app should be smart enough to take me to something that needs approved. Carrie is not the problem that app gives you access to the home buyer without being user freindly. I am greatful that we were approved, but we had no idea that this program we used was avalible to us, what the rules to use the program entail.

Persistence and patience!

Rob made himself available to answer questions during his own family time during vacation and that speaks volumes of his work ethic . Making sure we felt comfortable and well educated prior to making major decisions and we felt like we were family. Would recommend everyone to Rob and his team with confidence ! 100/10
