Everything was so easy to understand. Gail and her team were so helpful through the whole process and were on top of everything. I know buying a home can be stressful but they made this process as stress free as possible.

I think the hardest part was trying to do this long distance b/c of the time difference. Having to wire everything over was a little challenging as well. Ericka did a great job answering our questions, although it appeared there was missed communications with her and the team. By this, I mean we were asked to provide information or signatures that were already completed. Otherwise, our experience was outstanding. We enjoyed working with Ericka.
