This is the fourth time I've gone through a home buying process - and I've also attempted a refinance a couple of times. Kelly's team was the first one that ever seemed to care about us on a personal level. There was a lot of uncertainty since the seller and the VA sometimes took a long time to communicate with us. But Parker & Kelly were able to keep our worries at bay and ultimately get us to the finish line. INCREDIBLE experience working with this team. There was even a moment last minute - two days before closing - where the VA decided to require a well water test. We didn't have any resources, but one of Kelly's team members, Chrisann, called around and found a company that could complete the test same day. This saved the whole deal. I felt like "Wow, Jeff reached out during his free time, are we that special?" But I was told that Jeff treats all customers like that becasue he is the best. Home buying is a fast process and we had just three weeks to do everything, but Jeff answerd my silly questions and took the time to make sure we understood everything. I would love to work with Jeff again, but he helped us buy our dream home and hopefully we don't need a mortgage for a long time. I will certainly look forward to refinancing instead.
