About one week prior to the closing of our home, I spoke with Tara Ryan about changing to Fairway as our new lender. From step one, she was extremely professional, understanding, and responsive. Immediately, the gears started rolling so that we could receive her confirmed approval to get a loan by the next day. She and her team was a lifesaver. Tara and Gretchen were very responsive 24/7. We had many immediate questions and tasks along the way, considering the tight deadline, and yet they were helpful at each turn. It should have been a very stressful process, and yet they gave the continual reassurances and guidance that I needed to make the entire process not very stressful. They were so kind, polite, and sympathetic, that I did not ever think that I was a bother or a nuisance to them. With other people in this process, that is how I would feel.
