Carmen was so willing and happy to answer all of my questions, she is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot throughout this process!

Dustin was on top of keeping the loan moving at every point. He would figure out what the next step was and then communicated that information well. I never once felt like I was on the back burner and felt confident he was doing everything to make the loan work. I don't like just hearing what someone thinks I want to hear but have honest communication which is what I got from Dustin.

This time things were slower, bumpy, and Scott and his team seemed more distant.
