I've really appreciated working with Jason and the Fariway team. On our original purchase most things went smootly. On this refinancing experience I felt dragged along on a timeline I did not sign up for. I felt like I kept having to ask for clarifying information repeatedly because we are not familiar with this process. I was also deep in my own work deadlines and travel. Had I known it would have been such a time sensetive process in advance, I could have expressed it would have been easier for me to do in November. I just didn't feel communication was up to par this round. I do however apprecaite our relationship with the team, and we eventually got there. I just don't feel confident that we made the best decisions possible as we didn't really have time to consider, plan, or compare options. Overall, this round I felt rushed, and uncertain about what we were doing.
