From the start, David was phenomenal. I called him on a whim to see what his closing costs were, and he was able to use his expertise and experience to provide me a realistic (VERY accurate) quote and interest rate without us having to fill out an application. We then proceeded through a VERY fast closing process which were dealt a few blows along the way (not from David or his team). Even with the challenges, he and his team were able to complete the fast closing and meet the timeline. We are EXTREMELY thankful for David and his team!
