Easy, explained process well and made it stress free!

Communication with Chris was on point. Constantly updating us on what is going on with the process on moving to the next procedure towards closing for the house. Also they have portal that holds all the documents you have sent in and what needs to be signed. Everything was an open book and I couldn't have asked for a better lender and organization to help me purchase my first house.

As relatively new home buyers it was somewhat overwhelming and confusing at times but Linda answered any and all questions we had and even was able to explain things in a way we were able to understand.
