Trinette had our best interests in mind at all times. When we were considering getting a construction loan, she was honest about the products that were offered and that a better loan might be with somone else. She was easy to reach in critical times in the process and spoke to us in easy to understand terms, but in a respectful and relatable way. This is such a stressful and painful process, but Trinette was the calm in the storm!
