Dan was always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. Promptly called back if missed communication. I felt Dan had my best interest at hand. I had a credit score of 580 in January 2025, just before I started the home buying process. Dan let me know what I needed to do to improve my score. At the time I started talking to Dan, I was homeless. Lost everything in a fire the year prior and insurance was not covering replacement, (policy technicalities). I had no saving. Made less than $70,000 a year. Yet, in less than a year (December 2025), I am in my new home and no longer homeless. Dan was helpful, respectful, and professional.

It was very good, not great David and Dana are very nice and knowledgable and very responsive to our questions, but there was a lot of information that needed to be provided -- it was relentless! -- and it seemed like we were done, and then there was more! It would have been good if you gave us a heads up about all the exttra information that we needed to provide (e.g. the mortgagee clause in the homeowners insurance statement was not sufficient). And, occasionally we would find errors in the information provided, and it took a while to figure out the buydown subsidy and correct the amortization schedule. But, we persisted and came through for us.
