My realtor referred me to Tim. I was not the ideal borrower, and when I originally spoke to Tim my credit wasn't good enough to purchase and keep the home I own in another state. Keeping this other home was very important to me so Tim worked with me on ways to improve my credit and within about a month I was able to reapply. We actually had quite a few roadblocks along the way but Tim was always super positive and encouraging! I really believe without Tim I would not be here today in this lovely home with my daughter. He made something that felt really impossible actually quite possible. I cannot say enough good things about Tim and I will always be grateful for him.
