We loved a house we saw but didn't have a pre approval yet- I was waiting on a response from a different lender but then Mark was able to get us approved in just two hours from when we looked at the house. I will refer everyone to mark moving forward! he Was very communicative the whole time and was on PTO for our signing but called beforehand to congratulate us and be was so thorough and quick and seemed genuinely excited for us!
