Mark has been with us when we were ready to buy that fell through , we kept on strong to find a potential property , we had hurdles along the way. WE kept Mark as our lender being he had process our application and to find another we would had to go through long process or repying. so, keeping with Mark it kept it less complicated updated information and with a few failures and his continued hard work for us we decided to keep working with Fairway.

We were given Linda's name as well as a few other mortgage lenders in the area. We called a couple before getting to Linda, but we felt most at ease after our initial chat with her. As first time home buyers we didn't really know what all we were getting into, Linda broke everything down for us so that it was really easy to understand what all the numbers meant. She was always prompt in her responses when we had questions and made the whole process a breeze.

I was thoroughly pleased with Anna Mescher. Everything in dealing with her was extremely professional and noteworthy! She insured from the very beginning I was kept in the loop, and let me know what the next step in the process would be. If I had a question, she would make sure I had an answer either immediately, or as soon as she was finished with an existing meeting, but she would at least let me know she was in a meeting and would respond back as soon as she was finished. I never had to ask her twice for an answer. Anna, was more like a friend walking me through buying my home. She made sure I never missed a deadline, because I happened to have missed an email. I must admit buying a house and filling out paperwork is not something I enjoy doing, but Anna took the nightmare out of sitting there in a room signing paperwork forever, by breaking it up and doing a majority of it online.
