Eric and the Fairway team were amazing. We have worked with Dave Morgan fle for 9 years. Eric , Jenny and the whole team stepped in after his loss and didn't miss a beat. Our closing was on time and the lawyer and agent had everything they needed. Through such a sad circumstance, we still have such trust and faith in Fairway.

Very satisfied with Mike, But whole prosses with Fairway was stressfull. we were asked repeatedly to provide duplicit documents. We were told at least a week before closing that that moetgage was approved and ready to close. We even had a conversation with a Fairway rep who told us we were all set. Then less than 24 hrs. before closing we were told that we had to pay off $30,000 in loans. at closing
