He video called multiple times to work numbers. He was very responsive. He and his team was very patient with us. We were working on a New Build home which is significantly more challenging than just a regular home purchase, and they were always able to adjust the numbers as needed throughout the process and ensure a successful and expedient closing. It only took about 20 minutes to close because they had us digitally sign most of the paperwork prior to closing.
