I was referred to two other mortgage brokers before I realized that there was a Fairway office in Waterville, and neither of the other two offices called he back until a week later. They did not seem interested or helpful. Deb, however, answered my initial call herself, and was phenomenally knowledgeable and helpful. She got th ball rolling immediately, and she and her staff knew to get me an underwritten pre-approval right out of the gate. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I could tell that Deb and her staff really know what they are doing. I will definitely be back if/when I buy another home!

First, the communication! Nick and his team were always a text/call/ or email away with instant responses. Also, the extra effort him and his team gave to keep us updated at each step. They really showed us how important our loan was. It didn't feel like a normal business transaction, but like a family friend showing us the right path every step of the way.
