Mike was so awesome from our first interaction to the last one. He is timely in his responses, answers all questions any time day or night via, phone, text, email. He attended our closing and no other financial person has ever attended our closing, it was super to actually meet him. He is competent in what is needed, how to respond to all questions, is reassuring even when the unexpected occurs. He is thorough and detail oriented but clear and concise. Tommy made the process very easy and provided answers to all of my questions; whether that was giving me a spot on answer or referring me to someone who does know the answer.
