For being divorced and trying to get a house by myself was so scary. Tracey walked me through everything and helped me with all the paperwork No questions was silly. Tracey had all the paperwork done and because of her expertise closing went smoothly. In over a dozen closings I have done in my life this has been I the least stressful knowing Tracey was taking care of everything. She is the best and I will refer her to anyone.
