Kelly kept us in the loop through the entire process and was very easily accessible if we had any questions. While maintaining a knowledgeable professionalism , Kelly continued to share with us a kind and approachable avenue to her and her colleagues. As my first personal experience of such magnitude such as buying my first home, I am grateful that Kelly was there to help support and navigate my husband and I both.

What made the experience great is simple: Jamie! She is amazing. She walked us through all the paperwor, provided endless support and advice, guided us through the entire process from start to closing. She was available day and night, including the weekends. Making an out-of-state move is stressful. Knowing Jamie and her team were on top of our loan, significantly reduced the stress levels. Raygen was exceptionally helpful through the entire process. She explained things very well, was very polite and respectful, and also very responsive.
