Jimmy is resourceful and helps guide necessary ( well according to Underwriting its necessary) paperwork to get approved. My complaint is not with Jimmy or his team but with the companies underwriting. They would score a 1 as they ask for way more and often redundant information to the point they make you feel like your a criminal. Its ridiculous how much replication and time is wasted sending, resending the same info and then they don't even believe the credit scores.
