Danielle was very thorough in explaning everything in detail to ensure I understood what I was singing as well as what the next steps were. Communication was excellent as I always had update texts when paperwork had been approved or where we were in the process as it progressed. I was never left wondering whats next. Danielle made everything simple, fast, and painless as I was a first time home buyer. The process was originally daunting but Danielle had made it all super easy to understand.

The whole process was painfully easy. I really appreciated that everything we needed to do on the checklist was emailed to us with a referal to someone who could do it for us (ie inspections, appraisal, insurance, etc.) Those contacts from someone we trust made everything very smooth.
