Jason himself was great to work with. The process or procedures here are where the disconnect is. I never once received a welcome call or email from processor whom is usually the point of contact for documents. Documents were not submitted to u/w or u/w did not complete a full review. Docs were requested up until the last hour of closing and the doxuments informstion was incorrect even after pointing out names were incorrect. will not use fairway or reccomend . Lots of room for process improvement here.

Trevor worked so hard for us in order to allow us to close on our house. Answer calls and messages late at night, early in the morning - all hours of the day. He made sure that everything was in order for us to close on our house. Both our realtor (20 years of experience) and our attorney had said that they haven't seen someone work as hard as Trevor and they don't think this deal would've gotten to the finish line without his efforts. I cannot speak highly enough of what Trevor did for us.
