I appreciated the rich explanations of the processes and facets of the home loan market experience. I felt like I was always making well informed decisions. The website and workflow worked pretty well and made it easy to find and fill out forms and upload the needed documents. Brad always made sure to be available and luckily I didn't really have any emergencies but I always felt like I would be able to contact him. His follow up with the listing agent as well as the rapport building of him and the rest of my team with the listing parties was the difference between me getting my home and the sellers going with another offer.
