Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. At the beginning, I wasn't sure about going through Fairway since I was already pre-approved from another lender. Kristi was able to beat the proposal I received and tailor the loan to meet our need. Throughout the process we received updates at each progess step until closing. At the very end, we had a challenge with the sellers which required a last minute push of our closing. The timely information and guidance Kristi provided, even on a Sunday night, made a stressful situation smooth.
