Aaron helped us buy our first home almost 5 years ago but his work started a year before the purchase. He helped us navigate and get us on a plan to be able to even get us to a point of approval and once we got approved, he set us up so we were looked at as serious buyers during that crazy period of the market. Most recently last month, we refinanced into a new loan program that’s going to help our short term goals, but even more important our long term goals much more reachable. Aaron is responsive and oddly (jk) passionate about what he does and gets very excited for his clients when goals are achieved. He’s the man!

Vincent made our home loan process a breeze to work through. He was very honest and transparent about the process, when he saw potential sticking points that could cause delays with the loan and worked with us to handle them ahead of time so the whole process could go as smooth as possible. From the buyer's POV you are hard pressed to find anyone involved in the transaction that is truly on your side with your best intrest in mind but Vincent is the exception to that and really works toward the best intrest of the client to set up a deal you are comfortable with.

Our realtor connected us with Erin when a challenge presented itself that threatened our ability to close on our home. Erin was prompt in getting involved, effectively communicating what we needed each step of the way, and her knowledge of the options we had was incredible. She steped in late and got us to the closing table on time. To add an additional challenge, one of the critical steps in the process was not able to be completed until the morning of closing. Though Erin had an unplanned critical personal challenge that morning, she took the time to get everything accomplished for us to close that afternoon.
