Dominick was very patient, and probably even wise, which was good because FAIRWAY kept making me angry - Especially Rashid from California and his marketing calls. I find the whole loan process intrusive, especially when the government is requiring me to consent to receiving marketing solicitations. As for Dominick himself, there were a couple of times when I wished he would have responded quicker, but it was never a crisis.

Everything was explained and communicated perfectly. Carlee made our refinancing process easy to complete and helped us understand the whole process! I alos Love that she reaches out to let us know where things are at and even before we refinanced she would always let us know how the rates looked and when she felt was the perfect time for us to refinance and when it wasn't a good time!

Becky was fantastic and really did everything she could to make my closing happen. But the underwriting team was not helpful. I was especially unimpressed with the fact that the head underwriter did not respond to Becky until Monday morning when she sent him a question about my loan on Thursday evening! (I closed Monday morning at 10 am.) I was also not happy that because of underwriting, my closing was about $10k more than I was originally told to expect! Would I recommend Becky? Absolutely! But I'm not sure with the experience I had that I would recommend Fairway.
