Heather is awesome. We had some challenges getting money out of our retiremen. shw she was patient and kind and when we came down to the wire, I told her I believe it will be there tomorro (the day before closing). She replied, "I do too!" And it was. Always available and knowledgeabl. She can answer any question on a dime, no research needed. She is the very best in lending! But....we hope we never need her services again...LOL...unless rates drop. Then she will be our first, and only call. Cannot emphasize enough how awesome she was.

we would have appericated better communication . Emailes were sent with no explanation we had to reach out numerous times to ask questions as to what the email was about. We found in most cases it was not a final form causes in greater stress on us. If someone had typed a message it was not a final form just for our eyes to review it would have been helpful. Mike is a clam person and was always there to answer any questions it was unfortunate this was our concern it was not likley a reason to not consider you again. Your closing fees were higher than UW Credit Union, we appreicate Mike being hones in what he could do to close this gap,
