First off, Dennis is a pleasure to work with. Both he and his team were great with communication. He would be the first to reach out with any issues that occurred, or just to simply provide an update on things. We picked them over a competitor due to HIS personality. That is very, very crucial in any public-facing endeavour, but especially so when dealing with such an important venture as real estate. I'd say Dennis puts the "real" in "Real Estate"!!
