There seems to be a lack of communication between the different groups/people, causing quite a bit repetitive work on the customer side. Finding all the financial details needed to get a loan is already daunting, but getting the same questions multiple times definitely increased the workload both on our as well as FairWay's side. Appart from that, everybody on the team was very friendly and professional despite the fact that the information wasn't quite being distributed among the team.

my "just OK" to the over all experience had nothing to do with Gary O'Connor at all. Gary was awesome through the entire process. The loan process was frustrating. The things that the underwriters have to approve in my opinion should be done at the forefront of the loan when there is enough time to switch gears if needed like I had to. I was doing an FHA loan and one week before closing I'm told they wony approve my loan due to some ridiculous guideline (90 day flip) that they have. so at the last minute we had to switch gears and go conventional which pushed my closing date out 3 more days. If it weren't for Gary and his ability to think outside the box and be an excellent problem solver I don't think this home buying experience would've happened at all. Gary and his team made it happen. He came through and kept me calm and informed throughout the whole process.
