On the date of the closing, our documents were not ready and we were unsure as to why until we called the loan officer.

Chanel was friendy and professional and walked me thru everything and explained things in a way that I was able to understand. Financing a home is stressfull. Understanding Interest rates and all the abreviations that are used is enough to drive the average person insane. When you have a loan provider that is patient and understanding this helps make the process a tad less intimidating.

The process was seamless, with great communication all throughout each step! I really appreciate the ease of the app for document uploads and signatures. Everything was so easy to use and working with Jason's team was so great. I was well taken care of!

Greg made sure we had all of the information we needed. He also provided clear explanations and guidelines to ensure the deal would get done. He was also open and transparent on mistakes/typos we found on documentation and made updates promptly. we bought our first house and things were mostly explained well. there was miscommunication about a credit with the assumption we were putting more down than we were. however, you were very communicative about interest rates and had us lock in before they jumped dramatically just in time.
