I have not had the best experience with mortgage companies from my initial loan with Wells Fargo who sold my loan and it had been sold 5 more times within 2 years. Poor communication, misdirection, failure to respond, imability to provide clear documentation and just poor customer service. Working with Mackenzie and Sarah Tuggle was a complete breath of fresh air. There wasnt a question that they couldnt answer, there response time was incredible and their knowledge/ direction during the entire process was premium. I felt so confident and informed during from the beginning. To top it off, those ladies are truly the nicest people I have worked with in a very long time.
