Any concerns or questions from me that expressed a negative outlook were answered and backed with reasons of why I should not worry. She took all of my doubt away once she had the documentation she needed. Thats when the experience counted and was felt all throughout this process. Because of experience, I believe Carole knew we were getting into this home early on. Her positive communication lead us to feel more confident each day.
