When you estimate property taxes off the year prior, it isn't a realistic estimate. I filed for part of property tax exemption that I qualify for due to my veteran rating of 100% However, when I bought the home, the value increased. This next November, I will owe around $2000 in property tax until 2027, when my exemption kicks in you are only putting $600 in escrowe which means I need to save the money because I will absolutely owe this $2000 in November. That's the only reason I rated Jimmy 4 stars instead of 5 otherwise, he's been great. The overall experience was great
