April and her team were super organized, thorough and kept us informed in a timely manner throughout the entire process. April took all our calls and always responded to our texts and emails promptly. We have not owned a home in over 15 years, so we were incredibly grateful for the 'handholding' , we needed it, LOL!

Brian explained things simply and always kept us up to date on next steps. Also, he made us feel like he had OUR best financial interests in mind.

She was always willing to help us and explained all the questions we had very well, an incredible person.

Joe P. was friendly and professional during the whole process and continually checked in. I appreciated the fact that he ran through all the documents and answered all my questions, no matter how small. Any changes he was doing he communicated and asked permission before running items again. He was available all the time or always called back if he couldn't talk right then. It made the whole loan process easy and less intimidating than you hear about.

April is an expert in her field. She is absolutely excellent! She is professional, courteous, extremely responsive and a proven expert in home loans. She easily overcame any obstacles or complications in the loan process, and was responsive and ready to answer any and all of my questions. I used her in the past and was very excited to work with her again.
