Brian Spronz's transparency and willingness to explain things that I did not understand in a clear and trustworthy manner was helpful beyond words. Even after attempting to work out a purchase over a year ago and not being able to, he never treated me like a waste of time or put me on the back burner due to what I'm sure amounted to a miniscule loan this year.
