Mark was always considerate, patient, and knowledgeable both in his profession and in how to communicate with his clients in a digestible way. I appreciated his speedy answers and open honesty, resulting in every step feeling like the right one or the most informative one. On top of conveying the information needed on a technical level, I enjoyed hearing about his own experiences and personal insight when needing to make a decision, often through the form of stories and memories. In all, Mark was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with, from the introductory call to the closing confirmation, making strong foundations of trust in the beginning to the end. Cole Thimsen has been a delight to work with during the journey of purchasing a home. His attention to detail and professionalism proved to be stellar and these assets created great peace of mind. His responsiveness has been consistent and timely. Also, well after closing he has been available for follow up inquiries (ex: questions to him about clarity and/or deciphering legitimacy of random mailings that can routinely arrive, not through his organization, in the weeks and months post-closing). At tax time, as a reminder, he ensured that the required documents were readily accessible to include when filing. Also, he was proactive in finding a discount that resulted in being an eligible option as a cost saving during closing. How he found the time to follow through so thoroughly was impressive. I believe that Cole is certain to meet clients wherever they are in their awareness and needs of home transactions (technological knowledge, financial knowledge, closing process, etc.). good rate, easy process

The entire process was stress free and quick!

We had an amazing time working with Aaron and his team. He was incredibly helpful walking us through the process, explaining concepts that were new to us, and always being responsive when we had questions. We had a lot of questions during this journey and he was always so quick to help quell fears but was also honest with the realities of the market. We offered on 4 properties before an offer got accepted, and Aaron was patient with us through it all. We highly recommend working with Aaron! This is a tough market and he made it feel manageable.

Communication.

The fact that I didn't have to provide update after update to underwriting was very helpful. They needed clarification on a few items, but then it seemed like they were good. Other lenders I've had in the past make the underwriting process very cumbersome and annoying. I have been asked things like "why did you pay $3,000 to X mortgage company?" I thought it would have been clear that I pay the same amount to the same company every month. None of that nonsense with Fairway!
