Scott was always professional and always available. I asked various questions, some of them multiple times, and he always had patience. This process was stressful for both me and my wife however, whenever we'd speak with Scott he would reassure and clear away any concerns we had. I'd say the most impressive thing his team did for us when we we're interested in a house was instantly flip us from an FHA to a Conventional loan, and contact us to explain the pros and cons. I wasn't the most excited for the new interest rate, but given our situation ( no money down w/ good credit and DPA assistance) he still got us through the process with minimal expenditurtes. I would reccomend Scott and his team any day, he is professional thru and thru and will navigate you through the process with ease and comfort.
