He went above for me called me after working hours, to explain what stage we were in, answered emails promptly. I was on a time crunch and he worked hard to help me purchase my first home. 10/10 would recommend again.

Austin did an amazing job. We were under a short deadline to close and he and his team pulled it off. He became more of a friend than my loan officer/banker. I sincerely appreciated all his hard work and caring personality.

We truly cannot thank Tim and Jason enough for what they did for our family. We came to them after an incredibly stressful and complicated lending experience, at a point when purchasing our home felt like it might not happen at all. Matthew (my husband) reached out to Tim, and Tim immediately connected us with Jason—and from that point forward, the experience completely changed. They stepped into a difficult situation, took the time to understand what had happened, and most importantly, found a way forward. Previously, My wife and I were directed to Fairway. Then our builders(Taylor Morrison) took us back saying that they could approve us for a loan. Fast for 6 months, our builders said we were denied for a loan. They didn't refer us back to Fairway, claimed that they wouldn't be able to help with our loan, as we needed a manual underwriting(that became untrue). So our builders referred us to another loan company. This company made everything sound great, and said that we would get an easy approval. We got denied again. So, at this point we felt defeated, disappointment, and had our moment of dispair. I took the initative to call Tim myself, told him what was happening. I asked him if he help us!!! I said "I can't give up!". He agreed, said lets send this my way and see what we can do for you. Tim had Jason working on our file, after less than 2 weeks, they got us approved(not manually).They were resourceful, knowledgeable, solution finders, and awesome people to work with from the start to finish! If it weren't for Fairway, I don't believe my family and I be in our new home! I highly recommend Fairway!!! If want to have great chance at getting into your house, Fairway will pave the way!!!
