Our experience was with Terri was brief, but very worth it.We are so happy with the outcome of us being in our new home and her helping us along the way.

I had worked with Justin and the team previously. Just as last time, they were helpful in explaining the process, walking me through the process, and insuring that all documents needed were collected.

She was professional and knowledgeable in the process of helping me get my loan.

Very responsive too messages. Well organized team. Using email made getting documents together a breeze and was able too provide me with detailed information along the whole proccess.

Both Christine and Denise were EXTREMELY helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, polite, patient and always willing to help with any issues that came up. As such, I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else seeking a reverse mortgage. 5 "stars" out of 5! I consider myself lucky I chose them to service my account.
