Clear communication and a willingness to explain things. Troy has a great blend of industry expertise and knowledge of the mortgage process, blended with a down-to-earth manner of communcation. I felt cared for the whole time, especially given some of the complications of what I needed in mortgage products and services.

I have worked with Ben a handful of times now and talk about exceptional service working alongside him and for our buyers! Perfect execution every time and communication with all parties involved.
