The process was clearly explained at every step, so we never felt lost or surprised by what came next. Communication was proactive, with updates before we had to ask, and the paperwork was organized and easy to follow. We closed on time with one minor hiccup, but it was resolved quickly. Laura has been exceptional in communications, explanation, and helping make the house buying process as easy as possible. She really loves to get to know her clients and definitely goes above and beyond in helping us. She helps make sure that we reach our personal goal in terms of house ownership and how that impacts our personal family goals. She always makes herself available for us and definitely does much more than she is required to do.
