Very knowledgeable, patient & very understanding

I must admit this process has been the smoothest ever. Throughout the whole ordeal I have been updated weekly about where I stand. If I needed to submit anything the app associated with the agency would send notifications advising me what was needed. Plus Ms Shannon and her staff were the most friendliest people always going out of there way to help you. If you had questions no worries they went out of there way to assist. I want to thank eveyone who helped me throughout the home buying process. Your kindness courtisy and professionalism came through with absolute satisfaction from my wife and I. Team Turley is THE BEST!! Combined with Erica Suvak as my realtor, I got my beautiful first home in less than a month! Turley works around the clock to answer any and all questions or concerns. I switched to them based off Erica’s suggestion (because nobody was getting back to me quick enough for what I needed!!) and I promise you I would recommend them to EVERYONE!! I could text or call at ANY time and they always responded. This is the best you can get. 10 stars not even just 5 ❤️ As a first time homeowner, I thought it would be stressful… Team Turley was the reason it wasn’t AT ALL! 🤩 They are so freaking perfect!!

I highly recommend Holly and I would definitely work with her again in the future. Long story short, we were working with a different lender (our realtors preferred lender) and he was not reassuring at all. He would give us the worst scenarios to qualify and was very strict on the conditions. And when we were under contract for a home he added more conditions which was alarming so I reached out to Holly. She was amazing. She was super reassuring, answered my emails near midnight and got my papers into underwriting for a pre-approval within a couple days. And she had so much better terms for us and worked around some of our issues. We were extremely happy that she was able to do what the other lender wasn’t able to. But our realtor did fight us on switching lenders and wouldn’t tell our sellers we committed until we talked to the first lender who then told us there was absolutely no way Fairway could close us, and that we would have to come back to them to close and risk our earnest money and pay fees each day past the closing date. Basically scaring us into staying and my realtor -I don’t think believed Holly could close us, so we got our file approved again and WE CLOSED. I’m so happy with how things turned out. And honestly it was a nightmare of a process until we reached out to Holly. So if you’re having troubles with your lender, I highly recommend Holly.

Jennifer was extremely personable and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was super digestible and easy to understand! As a first-time homebuyer, I think it's super easy to get overwhelmed, so having a loan officer who is able to explain all options in a way that really drives the point home that your best interests are in mind really helps take such a load of stress out of the whole process!

Jo went above and beyond to tam help us push this loan through! She was super helpful helping us navigate the process as first time homebuyers and also matched our rate. So grateful!

Getting our mortgage through Mike at Fairway was a really good decision. Considerate, respectful and responsive service, with an excellent interest rate. We highly recommend!

We considered getting a loan to install a solar system. We wanted the system to offset our power usage as much as we could by using all the possible areas on our roof and shops roof combined. The system we came up with will lower our power bill to almost nothing. The loan payments will be about half of our previous electric bill. And as we all know the cost of power is on the rise. Ella put it all together for us.
