She bent over backwards, making herself available to me at any time of the day or after normal work hours to answer questions and make me feel secure uncomfortable in the process She is one in 1 million and definitely in the right job. Know what yall are doing

Jim is extremely knowledgeable, he explained things to us thoroughly and answered all our questions. Jim and his associate, Josie, are extremely well-organized and on top of things. Jim and Josie were always available, we always knew one of them would readily answer our call, text or email whenever we reached out to them. We always clearly knew where we stood in the process, what was needed from us, what we needed to do (and what NOT to do), to ensure a successful process. We got a closing within 20 days of putting an offer in on a house! With all the stressors in cross-country relocation, having a top-notch team was a must for us. We got just that in Jim Lomax, Josie Alvarez and Fairway.
