I stayed with Fairway because the process for closing was straight forward, everything was brought up and talked about before documents were made. Brittany was very open with a cost change and informed me where the difference came from and how to duplicate that same cost so the math worked out. I had 3 offers in total for my reference and Fairway was in the middle of the cost to close in total. I chose fairway because Brittany wasn't trying to sell me on the deal like the other two places were trying to do. She sold me on the ease of communication and process being simple. This is my second time closing with Brittany through fairway and it has seemed too easy and simple (compared to what I have heard about from other people and different companies). If I purchase any future properties or refinance I'll be calling Brittany!
