I cannot remember when I received such great service. Vinnie was so helpful answering all our questions. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process. If I sent a question via email, he responded right away. When I called him, he picked up the phone so did not have to leave a voice message. He was also very kind and considerate.

Rob Rudd was great at getting everything going and Chris Barker was great at keeping us updated and aware of anything that we need to provide along the way. They work well together to keep the clients updated and comfortable throughout the loan process. It was great to be able to take advantage of the float down option and save a quarter of a percent right before closing.
