Exactly what you would expect from a well ran and professional organization. It was easygoing and very professional to do a refinance and the rate on a 7 yr adjustable rate mortgage was very very competitive. Scott and his team did a wonderful job.

Everything went great with the process, but we were frustrated with Alison's name being incorrect or missing her middle name in so many places during closing. My middle name was also misspelled in one instance.
