Our experience with Zak was a 10/10! From getting pre approved to closing day, he was always quick to respond and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. As a first time homebuyer, this meant a lot to us. We talked to a few other lenders before working with Zak, and the difference was huge. Mostly Nick and his communication. I will say one kind downside to the experience was the crazy amount of emails we received from Fairways automated emails. I was surprised how many emails we received. It did push along the work.
