Amy Bass is very knowledgeable and was able to explain things to us in a way that made everything super easy to understand. She never once made me feel like she was annoyed with the 487,672 questions I asked and she was very patient with how long the process was dragged out.

Ian McDonald made buying a new home less scary. This was my first home, so I have a lot of questions. He answered them all quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. He never made me feel like I should already know the information or that I was bothering him. I appreciated this level of respect toward me as a person, but it meant even more that he treated me, a female, with this level of respect and professionalism. That is not something I have seen with other individuals. I highly recommend Ian McDonald if you are purchasing a new home.
