As first time home buyers, having a team that was dedicated, motivated, understanding and informative at all times was paramount. We could not have dreamt up a better team and are extremely grateful.

The communication and support.

We had a couple of issues. First information was proved and then received an email that it was needed immediatel. Resent email from two weeks prior. Days before our closing, we were informed that 30 % down was going to be required. At the start of the process numbers were run at 10% and 20% down. We were informed that a minimum down payment of 20% would need to made and we agreed. Four days before the closing we then notified that the loan could only occur if a 30% down payment is made. Needless to say we were not very pleased about being told with short notice and becoming an ultimatum

You were very easy to talk to. If we had any problems it was very easy easy to just go to your office and talk to you in person. In the past we were dealing with automated messages And email correspondence. I like being able to talk to a person

Mitchell was awesome. However, the entire process with the underwriter, assistants,etc was difficult. There was not good communication among team members. There was not adequate education on the lending process.
