Very quick and painless process. A very stress-free process applying for a loan.

Russell kept me in the loop about everything. He was very patient with the millions of questions I had and would answer the phone at pretty much any time of the day. There were multiple times where we thought we had a home and Russell would setup the estimator and let us see our potential payments and all. It was all really helpful, and without Russell I imagine this would have been a lot more difficult.
