Well for me it is communication you were always available for anything or any questions that I had and for me that is enough everything else it was a bonus at first I wasn't comfortable maybe because I didn't know you and everything on text it is different than having a full blown conversation but after the few weeks I started to just love asking you questions and if you didn't knew the answer you would find the answer for me no matter if it was day or night but you were always there every step of the way and we really appreciated everything from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Karla answered all our questions in a timely manner. She also never judged us for not understanding certain topics because we are first time homebuyers. She explained things in a way that made it make sense, and that was important to us. I also appreciate that Karla was extremely thorough in her information gathering. She was able to give us realistic number scenarios and never lowballed any estimates. This way we were pleasantly surprised when our costs came out lower than the estimates. She planned for the worst case scenarios and we needed that to remain realistic.
