Nicole was incredibly responsive and talked us through all of our options to ensure that we understood each step. She gave us a variety of loan options to consider with different terms so that we could find the best fit for our unique situation. Nicole went above and beyond through the entire process.

Kim came in like a superhero for me, very late in my purchasing process, and was able to get me a better rate for lower closing costs, and still meet the closing date without any problems. I'm still amazed that we made it, and am just so thankful for the effort Kim gave to keep everyone on track and the process moving.

Kim is the absolute best!! We found the house of our dreams in November and with the help of Kim, we’re in the house before Christmas. Definitely recommend going to her!!

Throughout the process, he presented us with all the options, so we felt informed and confident we were making the best decisions for our situation. Shawn kept the ball rolling smoothly and accurately updated us on timelines so we could complete the refinance as quickly as possible. When we needed to introduce other family members into the refiance process, he handled that very well and was great at coordinating/communicating with everyone. We're grateful to Shawn for his patience, diligence, and partnership over the past couple of months. It wouldn't have been as straightforward and easy without him!
