What made the experience great was Michael’s willingness to step up when our situation became complicated. He handled the financing for our new home in Florida while also coordinating the refinance of my property in Virginia. When some of the larger banks did not want to take on the challenge, Michael focused on finding options and solutions. He stayed engaged, communicated clearly, and worked through each obstacle as it came up. Michael went well beyond what I expected from a loan officer. He took ownership of the process, kept everything moving, and played a major role in helping us make our dream home a reality.

What could have been an overwhelming experience, Christy made much less stressful. Her availability, prompt response time and assistance with gathering needed information was so helpful and greatly appreciated.

Alex and Rachael were both excellent and very kind throughout a stressful process. The only issues we had were with not receiving final closing costs until the day before and some strange and concerning phrasing regarding marketing my information in the pre-close documents that no one could explain to me.

Worked with Bill for a long time. He has done one thing that a lot of companies don't do and that's make me feel comfortable and capable of getting what I find in a home. He is the most knowledgeable finance officer I have ever worked with and I'll continue to go back if needed and to recommend to everybody. I know.
