I really appreciated how she was able to explain what benefits I qualified for, and how she was able to explain everything in a lingo I understood. Malcolm was great. It was a very stressful process, especially with paperwork deadlines. I would get paperwork and it would say I need this back immediately sometimes the same day or the next day. I would have appreciated having a timeline of when things needed to be done and having at least a 2 day window.

I worked with nate willer and he was beyond a pleasure to work with, great communication and was able to answer and ease every question and concern I had!
