From day 1, Lori's communication was phenomenal and I know I came into the process kind of clueless. She was informative, helpful, and made something that seemed very scary and nerve racking to me way less scary and stressful.

He was always prompt with responding to emails and helped me on a Saturday morning to get prequalified for a mortgage amount so I could make an offer on the home I just purchased that had gone into a multiple offer situation.
