Before even writing this I’m tearing up. This man stepped into more roles than he will ever know taking on this transaction.
An educator, a mentor, a champion - I could go on.
I have only bought one house before - a then w2 employee, buying a small first one, and the whole process from start to finish took a little over a month.
However, my recent transaction with Cole, proved to be on entirely other level and also proved his sophistication and expertise handling such complexity.
I worked with him for over a year and a half while I pulled together files, bank statements, CPA letters, fixed credit issues, and countless other documents. Along the way he answered every single one of my ongoing questions - both pertinent and pointlessly inquisitive - all with an incredible amount of knowledge, kindness, and high standard of accuracy and promptness that have seemingly become a dying art.
When it came to crunch time, Cole’s assuredness was the only thing keeping me hopeful that we’d get to the finish line - and wow, as he put it, was it a ‘nail biter’. We were at the 24 hour mark STILL back and forth with underwriting, but he made it happen!
I am in love with my home and am very glad the process is over, but have comically thought a few times how sad I’ll be to not have the privilege of interacting with Cole on a near daily basis.
I am so incredibly grateful to Cole for his high-level of mastery, his humility when needed, his patience with my inexperience, his willingness to educate and empower me to gain the knowledge needed to successfully navigate such an unknown terrain, and his dedication to his clients.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
