Mariah was so helpful, kind and clear the whole time we worked with her. For my husband and I buying our house for the first time there was a lot of things we didn’t know yet. Mariah was so patient, and clear with her wording, making sure to explain every step of the process and give us a call anytime we had questions about anything. Not only that but she got things done so quickly for us there was barely any periods of time where we felt lost or confused. She treated us as her clients but also like a friend, you can tell she really cares about her job and helping others find their homes, and my husband and I could not be happier with having Mariah working with us!

Was super reassuring and made sure we were able to qualify without complications. Was able to communicate with me very late into the night and able to preapprove us within a few days and close us in 3 weeks.

There was a small hiccup at the end of the escrow (my fault, not theirs!), right before closing, and Sheri and her team were reassuring and flexible, stepping in to keep things on track. And then, when things worked out and it looked like we'd be able to close sooner than we thought (we were preparing for a few days delay because of my hiccup), they were able to turn around loan documents incredibly quickly, so that we could sign with a notary that very afternoon, and then get the sell of the house recorded and keys in hand that very next day.
