Communication, confidence in the process

Mike, Gustavo and there team did there best to made our house buying process smooth and Pleasant. There communication is excellent, they listen to there client's requirments very actively and whole team makes sure to stay on same page, and even I noticed that their intra-team members communication is pretty strong too, I never felt the need to repeat same thing again and again while talking to different team members too. Home buying process is hectic, but they navigative there customers through this process so effectively that it becomes pleasant experience. Commitment- I will say that there commitment to there Words is pretty strong too, whatever they committed during starting of the loan application they followed until the closing day. I never faced any surprizes of hidden costs, everything was communicated upfront in details . So, I strong my recommend this team for everyone.

Zack was a pleasure to work with. He was transparent and communicative, and eased any concerns I had about the loan process as a first time buyer. I would work with him again in the future, and would recommend him to friends and family.

all the steps from pre approval to close were done in a timely fashion . points of improvement would be ensuring all communications are spread to all parties and that all information sent out is fully accurate. We incurred a $275 rate lock extension fee despite being told the rate lock went through the closing date only to later find out that date wasn't what should have been shared.

We had great communication through the whole process of selling our home and buying a new home. The new construction process (underwriting, tax assessing, etc.) was a little complicated, but you were always on top of things and everything went smoothly at closing! Thank you!

I would love to express that Cliff has been heaven sent me and my famil. through out the process he made sure that we had a great first time home buying experience!! Cliff is absolutely fantastic and for rating I would rate him top of the line! He is amazing!!!!

The process was made simple and thorough. When we had questions, we always got a quick response. Even though our closing was delayed for unavoidable issues, the process continued when a date was finally determined. Great teamwork with my realtor.

Josh was very helpful and great at answering all of our questions. Always explains all options so we make the best decision for our situation.

Chad kept everyrhing super straightforward. If there were any additional hurdles in the way, he helped us move through them painlessly.
