Every single thing about the whole process was smooth, clearly communicated, even when there were tech glitches it was explained that it wasn't something WE did wrong (which has always seemed to be implied with other lenders and transactions). Regina is on the ball with communication and responses, and it's so refreshing to have clear and quick answers to questions. I think a lot of loan officers forget that clients don't deal with this every day like they do, and get annoyed with little questions but Regina is calm and patient - it's a breath of fresh air compared to other transactions we've had over the years. In fact it's why we went with Regina for our second time in Arizona.
