I enjoyed how thorough Rob was with our initial sit down. He spent time explained each step of the process, outlining the different options we had before us, and making us feel comfortable with the decisions we made. He answered all of our questions and explained everything extensively.

As first-time home buyers, we had lots of questions. Rob was great at explaining everything and walking us through the process. We never wondered how things were progreasing, as we received frequent udates. We felt we could trust Rob during this big step in our lives, and we weren't dissapointed!

My wife and I have used Fairway Mortgage company three times now. All three times have been a great experience. Two of the times we used Jamie Cooley. I highly recommend this company and Jamie.
