Everyone was generally very quick with a nice and helpful response. The only problem I had with the experience was working with Lindsey Rouse. I'll admit I was not very pleasant in a lot of our emails, and her emails felt passive agressive. She stated she was over communicating, but almost each email left me with more questions. The emails also read as if I should have known a lot more about the process as a first time buyer than what I did and she would tell me the answers are in the papers, even though they are so confusing and she never told me where exactly I could find that information. (I'm AuDHD, working a full-time job, a parent of a 1st grader and was also trying to figure out all of this paperwork with no one close to me to help me really understand it. Reading these papers was HARD work, understanding them felt nearly impossible.) She was really helpful and nice at the beginning then I think we both started getting frustrated with each other (I was pretty frank about my frusturations, I wasn't mad or anything, just confused and frustrated by it) and by the end the emails felt super emotionally charged and I felt like I had let you guys down after y'all had been so kind to me with trying to help me with the closing and last minute work arounds for my bank situation.
Everything else was quite pleasant, all things considered. I truly appreciate y'alls hard work.
