Michelle did a great job with our lending experience from start to finish. She was able to help us work through the different loan options we had to find what worked best for our situation of buying while preparing to sell, and no question was off limits or unanswered. Her availability and willingness to provide guidance any time was really helpful to us, from pre-approval to the closing table the experience went about as smooth as it could, and she was on top of everything.

Mark Rome and Team helped us with our recent loan for a new home purchase. They were especially helpful in helping us understand how the process works, including the sale of first our home, which was all new to us. Mark jumped on the phone with us multiple times to walk through our options and explain it carefully and patiently. The entire team provided timely communications and were easy to work with.
