Josh and his team were excellent throughout the entire process. This was a quick close with a lot of moving parts, and they kept everything moving without making it feel chaotic. What I appreciated most was that they did not just push paperwork. They took the time to explain what underwriting needed, what documents mattered, and how to stay ahead of issues before they became problems.
