We had so many people mentioning agents and mortgage lenders that it was overwhelming. The sellers agent ( of the house we bought) recommended Fairway and Brian Vaughn to us. It was the best referral ever. Fairway has been great. They have gone above and beyond. As a local brick and mortar Vermont mortgage lender, they understand Vermont homes . They are genuine folks who are living with their families, right here too. You can call a lot of people and get numbers. These are the people to call who will find a way to work things out.
