When I went through Chase to get the loan I was told they would follow up with me after calls to answer questions I had. They would never get back to me and I would have to call then back constantly to find out what I need to provide, clarify details, and still never get proper answers. Fairway is great though, they'd provide a clear concise list for what I need, they return my calls when they say they will, answer questions in a way that make sense in a complicated situation. Way better experience.
