Smooth transition from one loan officer to another

Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Chris and I asked for a quick closing and the team made that happen! Ed, Neely, and Chris were quick to respond to every email, text, and phone call. We were so fortunate to have everyone's support throughout the loan process!

Honestly the whole team at fairway was very quick to communicate and broke down all of our options in a way that was easy to understand. At no point did I feel pressured to make any decisions, which is not true for other mortgage conpanies I spoke to previously.

Communication was always spot on. Also great guidance from both Laura and Tanja.

At no point did we feel our uncertain of our next steps . Great communication across the board.
