Lee was responsive and helpful throughout the process, the only drawback was finding out about a large increase in funds to close 1 week before settlement. A better estimate in the beginning of the process would have been helpful in the decision making process.

The ability to buy before selling without a bridge loan was amazing! I have two small kids and wanted to avoid moving twice. But Mike giving us the option to put 5% down, then later recast the mortgage with the customary 20% down once we've sold was a great idea we would not have come up with on our own.
