I'm a first time home buyer and did not know the process of buying a home. Alex took the time to explain exactly what would happen every step along the way and patiently answered all of my questions. Alex is so kind, while remaining so professional , and made my first experience buying a home pleasant and easy. she was extremely knowledgeable and I felt confident in her guidance along the way I was also so thankful for her presence at closing. The title company team mentioned how rare it is for a loan agent to show up for closings and that is a testament to her personability and the values of Fairway as a company.

Lee is always the best communicator, he helps you understand things about loans that most people would brush off. He takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and have all the answers you need.
