I used Fairway to purchase my first home. Donna made everything so easy and not as nerve racking as I thought it was going to be. They were always communicating on what was needed or the next steps. Could not recommend them enough.

Cheryl and her assistant Joel were very easy to work with. We didn't have to keep sending the same documents over and over. Everything was streamlined and a very simple process, it almost felt to good to be true compared to a previous lending experience with a different company. push to the finish line on the buyers end was a little chaotic, Ariana stepped in to make sure the transaction could be processed and smooth and quickly as possible even though it was with a different lender .
